Mandarin for Banana

Yes, I've attended a very short Mandarin for Beginner course in YMCA some time back and pathetically, I didn't complete my course as I head down under to Perth. Lemme give a little test here since I've installed "Simplified Mandarin with Pin Yin" keyboard here..

你好吗？ - How are you?

我很好。。 - I am fine.

我会写华语。。 - I know how to write in Mandarin

我很喜欢吃Nando's鸡 。。 - I love to eat chicken from Nando's

我当然很想要回家 。。 - Definately, I would like to go home

我的狗太顽皮了 。。 - My dog's naughty

站在我的右手是我的同学 。。 - My classmate is standing on my right

坐在我的左手是我的爸爸 。。 - My dad is seated on my left

To test myself to write a short kindergarden essay with Mandarin, dare me not ... I don't think I'll excel at all :S

HK Weekend Trip

Had a great weekend at HK, mostly because I get to taste all my fav food once again .. *eye rolling*, not all but at least some of them. Dim Sums (my fav Char Siu Bao, Ma Lai Gou with Egg Yolk, Siu Mai, Har Gao), Sour Spicy Rice Noodle, Egg Tart from Central, Mango Lo Mai Chi, Bubble Tea, Dan Dan Mee and ZhenJiang Spare Ribs, etc ... )

Unsure why, but I always love the Ma Lai Gou served in HK especially the ones with custard and egg yolk in it. Superb taste and am never bored eating it too...


No, my tummy can't fit all but at least it fulfills my food craving sentiment and I am always 110% full that I need to open my mouth all the time (this is a conveniency for myself just in case I need to puke out of being too full) *JK*

And according to the pig's lifecycle, I need a wink of sleep too the moment I'm too full (^@^)

Now, I'm missing my foodies again :~(

It's the moment

Like a magic staring in through the charcoal darkness of the night
Endlessly keeping all angelic eyes from shutting
Trying to believe this isn't any kind of dream
Not wanting to miss a second
that every single faith and memory is jotted down onto the wall
More than you know, it pulls all hearts together
Sub-conciously slow realization starts penetrating through
Baring the one piece of innermost at its vulnerable edge
Overriding the sphere of worthless thoughts and self-ticking bomb
Getting the ability to withstand a once called as the myth of sanity
My ... My ...
How marvelously done knowing that it will be treasured later
Just like my kingdom of pearl ...

Dream

I dreamt of myself skiing on a very highly steep snow mountain. I couldn't ski but I forced myself to which I finally could. It's not fun when I was skiing downhill in a speed without knowing if I could stop myself. It's just scary which made me woke myself up...

Chef of the Day..

Zam Zaam..Alaakaazzaammm.... I proudly managed to cook these dishes:

1. Fried Rice (Dried Shrimp, Meat, Fish Ball, Long Bean, Carrot)
2. Omellete with Ham (comes in a big round pan shape)
3. Braised chicken with potatoes
4. Fried long beans with dried shrimp, fish ball and carrot
5. Brocolli with meat
6. Steamed meat with tofu
7. Half fried and half steamed tofu
8. Porridge (Dried scallop, dried oyster, meat)
9. ABC soup
10. Radish soup
11. Fried bee hoon noodles
12. Spaghetti with minced meat tomato sauce
13. Pasta with meat tomato sauce
14. Single and Double Sunny side up
15. Luncheon meat
16. Curry chicken with potatoes
17. Terriyaki salmon fish
18. Spinach and fish ball soup
19. Tuna for s'wich (With a few drops of lime juice, chopped onions and mayonnaise)
20. Honey garlic spare ribs

Okay, I'm enough of home cooked food and hey to the white rat who is still all sane. Time for some mild plain food ... tummy's barely surviving with too much of asian food cooked by myself .. felt like eating fruits or pizza pizza and pizza only ...

Rainy days

While waiting for boarding, this is what I saw. Passengers are to take their own umbrella and shelter themselves all their way in to the arrival hall ... Nice ....

Strange

Two strange events occured to me at this very short period which I'm pretty much amazed and brought myself to all the question marks ..

1. I babble while sleeping

Amazingly, I managed to pick up and talk on the phone while I am sleeping when the phone rang. The next day, I totally forgot that I did it till the caller assured me several times that I did. Checked my call history, indeed I did picked it up :S

2. I read sms while sleeping

SMS came and I managed to read it but I forgot I did so. The next day I found my sms was under the "Read" mode and I found it familiar. Still, I couldn't remember about that message at all :S
